Epic Adventure Meet-Up:

THE PEAK OF AFRICA

Kili Climb + The Great Migration

September 16-22 + Sept 23-30, 2024

You guys… We’re peaking.

Join me and a group of other epic like-minded adventurers
as we conquer the pinnacles of Africa.

It doesn’t get higher on the bucket list than this.

OUR EPIC ADVENTURE MEET-UP JOURNEY SO FAR…

Since 2021, we’ve been rallying squads of epic adventurous souls to embark on incredible wildlife expeditions around the globe (epic vibes only).

We’ve ventured on adrenaline-pumping safaris in Kruger, waking up to lions roaring and having bone-chillingly close encounters with ellies.

We’ve cruised the mystical Galapagos Islands, exploring harmoniously with rare unique species like marine iguanas, Galapagos tortoises, blue-footed boobies, dolphins and hammerhead sharks that are straight out of National Geographic.

We’ve ridden on horseback through the Andean highlands to a backdrop of Cotopaxi Volcano with a mighty condor soaring overhead. We’ve ventured deep into the Amazon to a tapestry of toucans, monkeys, frogs, parrots, caimans, piranhas, and snakes.

We’ve trekked with gorillas and immersed ourselves in the Pearl of Africa that is Uganda. We’ve snorkelled with whale sharks in Mafia Island, and embarked on an iconic safari in Tanzania.

We’ve brought the best vibes and best wildlife luck, made best travel buds from around the world, laughed till we cried, expanded our horizons, shared in moments of magic and had transformative journeys together and individually on each adventure.

We’re making our way through the most iconic wildlife and adventure experiences on the planet, and the only logical next step from here…

… is up.

MOUNT KILIMANJARO CLIMB

7 Days/6 Nights
September 16-22

We’re summiting the highest mountain in Africa.

Kilimanjaro 7-Day Machame Route Expedition

DESCRIPTION
For many of us, hiking Kilimanjaro — the tallest mountain in Africa — is a lifelong dream adventure. It will challenge us in ways we’ve never experienced, and reward us in abundance. This slightly shorter itinerary allows us to see all of Kilimanjaro's main areas while a 7-day ascent also gives us an adequate amount of time to acclimatize with a great chance of successfully making it to the summit. It’s a very popular and great route and we are going to conquer this together!

ITINERARY
This is a 7-day Kilimanjaro hike starting at Machame Gate to the southwest of the national park. It ascends sharply through afromontane forest, into the heath zone and onto the edge of the remnants of the Shira Volcano. The route then circumnavigates the main peak, Kibo, anticlockwise. En route we pass some spectacular features such as giant steps and glacial valleys. The final ascent is from Barafu Camp. It is a nighttime ascent to Uhuru Peak via Stella Point. The descent is via the Mweka Route.

HIGHLIGHTS
Kilimanjaro! Afromontane forest, Shira Plateau, glacial valleys and alpine desert, views of Mawenzi, ascent of Kibo and possible views of Kibo caldera and ash pit. Glaciers and the roof of Africa!

Hike Distance – 39miles / 63 km
Vertical Gain – 16,628ft / 5068m

8 Days/7 Nights
September 23-30

We’re witnessing the greatest wildlife spectacle on Earth.

Tanzania 8-Day ‘The Great Migration’ Safari

DESCRIPTION
The Great Migration is the greatest wildlife spectacle on Earth, emanating electrifying energy as thousands and thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and other prey move through the savannas and stampede across the river — followed and hunted by Africa's greatest predators. The most famous safari scene, a phenomenon every wildlife lover dreams of seeing in their lifetime, we are sure to feel the impact of this iconic safari.

ITINERARY
Starting in Arusha, the tour seamlessly blends the thrill of Kilimanjaro's ascent with the awe-inspiring spectacle of safari. We will start by immersing ourselves in the grandeur of Tarangire National Park, where large herds of elephants roam amidst towering Baobab trees. Next up is traversing the Central Serengeti, renowned for its abundant big cat population, before arriving in the Northern Serengeti to experience the breathtaking Mara River Crossing, as the herds take the plunge across the river. We can add a hot air balloon safari to witness this incredible movement from the sky at sunrise. We wrap up in the Ngorongoro Highlands, where a gorgeous stay on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater offers jaw-dropping views of this natural wonder.
