Shipping Policy
Pricing - Adventurelust Apparel & Gear ships worldwide at a tax-inclusive, worldwide rate. Shipping prices are as follows:
$14.20 for 1 item
$17.40 for 2 items
$20.60 for 3 items
Add $3.20 for every additional item
Products take up to 7 days to be sent out to shipping. After those 7 days, shipping can take 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, and 5-20 days internationally. If it is past these estimated shipping times and you still haven’t received your product, please contact kellie@adventurelust.travel and I will help you out as best as I can!
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Return Policy
Due to the structure of our supply chain (each product is custom-made for you!), we are sadly unable to offer refunds for buyers remorse — meaning that if you don’t like the product or the sizing is incorrect, we aren’t able to issue a refund or exchange. A refund can only be offered if your product arrives damaged. In cases of any fulfillment or carrier errors, the shipping facility will reship or refund the items without the need to return the defective originals.
Damaged Product - If your product is damaged/misprinted/defective, please email kellie@adventurelust.travel with a description, photo of the damaged product, and receipt or proof of purchase within one week of receiving your product.
